  • Responsible for escalating and attending follow up meetings with customers for issues related to raw material shortages, production delays, equipment issues or any other constraints in the supply chain.

  • Monitor the inventory of returnable containers (empty dunnage). In the case of Ford, track containers routed through an ODC in communication with the appropriate Ford ODC location and with Ford container management team following their guidelines and escalation process for container returns.
  • Coordinate with production planners to prioritize customer orders, monitor customer demand (increases / decreases) and to work on shipping and recovery production plans.
  • Responsible for training new members of customer service team with order management, container management and supplier portals.
  • Knowledge of Ford Q1 certification requirements.

  • Work closely with internal teams: shipping warehouse (Juarez and El Paso, Tx.), planning, quality, sales account managers, scheduling, engineering, program managers, account receivable (AR) department.
