• In addition to my primary role, I have concurrently taken on the operational responsibilities of the Local Information Security Advisor, supporting 2 sites and North American requirements.
  This includes the coordination and execution of activities for local audits, employee training, cybersecurity awareness campaigns, vulnerability management, and special security requirements for internal projects.
• Actively collaborated in OEA and IATF audits from the perspective of local IT, ensuring compliance with requirements related to information security, process traceability, and access control. I coordinated preparation activities, technical documentation, and support during the audits. My participation included aligning IT practices with local standards and driving continuous improvement in critical processes.
• Collaborated in TISAX audits as part of the organization's information security initiatives, ensuring compliance with the requirements established by the automotive industry assessment framework. In addition to coordinating preparation, documentation, and follow-up on findings, I also executed key activities to support audit readiness and compliance.
• Supported the response to a global blue screen incident caused by a Microsoft update, executing technical actions and keep the communication with local and North American teams to ensure secure recovery, traceability, and alignment with information security protocols.

• Lead and coordinated strategic local IT activities during the Spin-Off process from Continental to Vitesco Technologies, ensuring a smooth and efficient technological transition aligned with corporate objectives. Managed the separation of infrastructure within the same facility, including the planning and execution of a new independent data center. Additionally, designed and delivered training sessions on budgeting and operations for the newly formed team, strengthening their technical and administrative capabilities in the new organizational environment.

• Lead the pilot initiative for donating unused computer equipment—a process that had not been successfully implemented in the organization for many years. As a result of this effort, the procedure was formalized and is now part of the official operations, contributing to corporate social responsibility, sustainability, and the optimization of technological resources.
• Keep operations across two sites in Guadalajara, managing the challenge of maintaining operational continuity in both locations. I am overseeing the ongoing process of separating services and infrastructure between Research & Development (R&D) and Manufacturing, a strategic initiative aimed at improving efficiency, operational service in each environment.
• Currently leading local IT operations for the R&D organization, assuming strategic responsibilities related to the domain migration process due the change Legal Identity to AUMOVIO. Overseeing technical activities, ensuring service continuity, supervising the execution of key tasks, and maintaining compliance with corporate standards to ensure operational stability for over 1,500 internal clients following the departure of the previous manager.

For two years, I served as the remote acting operations lead for the new site in Querétaro, supporting strategic project coordination and budget management. • I collaborated and took a leadership role in key local IT activities for start a new site in Querétaro, ensuring the effective implementation of technological infrastructure, connectivity, and operational support. I also actively supported the management transition and led operational activities between sites, including the setup of a new data center.
