• Documented and resolved an issue regarding our inventory management system which was not accurately tracking the levels of fertilizer and grains in stock, leading to frequent stockouts and overstock situations which led to the utilization of historical sales data and market trends, we developed a demand forecasting model. This allowed us to anticipate customer needs more accurately, reducing the chances of stockouts and overstock situations.
