  • Proposal of various improvements to pylon assembly process reducing set up completion time by 75% and increasing 90% accuracy.
  • Development and implementation of technical course in manufacture of fan blades in composite material for the LEAP engine, The project included (among other things) CNC machining, carbon fiber blade fabric, RTM, autoclave process, mold and tooling design, facilities design and construction, acquisitions, training, etc., project lasted 1 year, cost 2.8 MUSD (saving 46% of the original budget).
  • Implementation of a CNC machining workshop, including 3- and 4-axis machining centers, milling-turning equipment, PLM lab (including 3D Experience CAD software) and facilities.
  • Development and implementation of technical courses in structural assembly (the main project of the training course was to manufacture and assembly of a nose landing gear door), the project included (among other things) tooling design and manufacture, facilities design and construction, acquisitions, training, etc., project lasted 1 year, cost $1.25 MUSD.
  • Development and implementation of an Excel-based for student records saving 75% of the administrative processes and cutting mistakes by 90%.
  • Introduced CATIA V5 for cabinet design and manufacturing, modernizing workflows and optimizing production processes, reducing 90% the time needed for the punching process design, 100% error elimination.
