Overall responsible to achieve sales and profit goals within the stores from the area. (25 stores and 35 direct reports in 3 markets).
Together, with the Area Team and the Sales Market team, responsible for maximizing selling potential while driving sales performance and customer centricity in a specific area (25 to 30 stores).
Responsible for supporting the Sales & Profit in an Area by setting a security plan to deliver the Best Customer Experience in line with set goals and Country Security focuses.
