In my role as Digital Media Manager at Televisión Metropolitana, I led a multidisciplinary team, optimizing workflows and developing innovative projects for the MAM system. I implemented motivation and professional development strategies, improving team performance. I designed training programs for the MAM system staff and oversaw their professional growth. I coordinated team activities to meet the requirements for ingest, editing, and post-production, ensuring alignment with the organization's quality standards and strategic goals.

Additionally, I managed improvements to the ingest process manual, implemented policies to optimize storage management, keeping usage below 80% of capacity. I also improved ProTools reports for more effective use of editing and post-production suites and reviewed the needs of the electronic maintenance department to ensure proper functionality.

Key responsibilities include overseeing the GRASS VALLEY Morpheus playout systems to ensure the smooth broadcast of the station's content.
Additionally, we handle the installation of IT equipment across all areas of the institution, including hardware and software, as well as the implementation of broadcast equipment in our recording studios.
We also supervise the material ingest and playout systems in the studios.
Our work further encompasses the supervision and maintenance of the GRASS VALLEY Media Asset Management (MAM) system, ensuring optimal performance to support the broadcast workflow.

• Involvement in a variety of projects in the field of multiformat and post-production, including the recording of sign language for distance education programs.
  Additionally, we manage the coordination and assignment of closed captions, converting various video formats for adaptation to multiple platforms, ensuring they meet television standards.
  We also specialize in the development of webinars, audio correction and leveling, design of graphic elements in After Effects, as well as creating connections for the operation of different equipment in the recording ingest and post-production suites.

• Development of audiovisual content such as videos and animations, web development in HTML5 using Adobe Muse, and the creation of various content for social media platforms.

• Support in the videotape area by assessing tapes, as well as recording programs in Final Cut Pro, communication between the control room and interpreters, and support with the video switcher and audio console.
