This was my last position within the Envases Universales company; production plant, in Blow Molding and Injection PET NR Injection. For carbonated beverages.

During this period I was in charge of Production, Maintenance, Warehouse, Quality and HR,

Attending the day to day:

1. Production, to support that the daily objectives cited by

OEE demand. PTEE

2. Maintenance, support and critical management of lines for corrective or preventive lag. As well as following up on the arrival of critical spare parts. Follow up of MTTR / MTBF indicators.

3. Quality, critical customer complaints in conjunction with the Quality Manager,

ensure IV and AA tests are performed according to the control Plan.

4. Warehouse and Logistics, manage the delivery schedules of inputs and supplies to be within actual

supply schedules are within actual times. Meetings

weekly meetings with the client to have on line any point of improvement in the supply.

5. Issuance of monthly corporate documents (BSC, KOI, CTS),

6. Generation of annual budgets in conjunction with the corresponding departments.

7. Daily communication with the corporate logistics department for

possible critical supply of deliveries,

8. New product development testing program in team with the corporate department.

9. Team work with the Projects department for the installation and

start-up of new equipment or production lines.

10. Basic operational knowledge in peripheral equipment for injection and blow molding machines.

Injection and Blow molding machines.

11. Operational knowledge of PET NR Blow Molding. In SIDEL machines Universal machines.

12. Operational knowledge of PET NR Injection. On Husky HPP machines

4.0 / 5.0 / HY PET 300 / 600 Universal.

13. Basic knowledge SAP ERP / Management and release of Purchase Requisitions and Orders.

Responsible for the Blow Molding and Blow Injection Department, where I was directly in charge of direct charge,

1. PRODUCTION COORDINATOR, daily follow up of indicators assigned to the department on demand, PTEE.

2. MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR, daily follow up of the compliance to preventive/corrective maintenance of the different production lines and peripheral equipment. MTTR / MTBF

3.PROCESS ENGINEER, compliance to tests cited by the new products department in the different blow molding processes.

Customer service was given in case of critical complaints and coordinating Perform

BSC/ PTEE and monthly plant presentations.

Prepare annual budget to be submitted to Plant Management.

Active participation in KAIZEN projects, internal and external Quality audits.

SAP, production module for order notification and closing.
