Engineer with experience in projects and currently in the quality department focused on improvements and development in the quality and production department applying and executing improvements in our processes to provide an excellent result, committed to improve results, increase efficiency and reduce customer complaints applying Six Sigma and ISO 9001.

Improve the audit process, documentation on quality criteria to reinforce knowledge of quality and production personnel to reduce errors.
Improve documents such as quality alerts, visual aids since the previous ones did not describe in detail the cause or reason for the problem, it was only an image but without description or specification and reduced customer complaints.
Collaborate with the engineering department in the creation of measurement tools for the quality and production department with the approval of the quality engineer.
Create new quality audit document (Quantities) to reduce time as the previous documents were very lengthy and were more likely to generate a problem and lead to a customer complaint without leaving extensive time and workload.
Performed Poka Yoke improvements on the production carts as they were previously made of stainless steel angle and were modified to aluminum profile which improved operator workload and effort.
Update process on corrective actions based on customer complaints and improve the rework process in MRB ensuring a faster and more concrete response to the customer through Ishikawa.
