Responsible of the process of packing 100,000 units per-shift while maintaining a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and audits in adherence to safety regulations OSHA. Optimize packing processes by analyzing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing 80/20 rule to enhance productivity and reduce errors. Improve (KPIs), such as pack rates, staff accuracy, cycle times, fast starts, quality errors.
