Responsible of the process of packing 100,000 units per-shift while maintaining a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and audits in adherence to safety regulations OSHA. Optimize packing processes by analyzing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing 80/20 rule to enhance productivity and reduce errors. Improve (KPIs), such as pack rates, staff accuracy, cycle times, fast starts, quality errors. Work closely with other area managers and departments to coordinate efforts and ensure smooth operations across the fulfillment center. Last Mile Delivery Services. District office based in Tijuana, I Managed the Logistics Infrastructure, including Sortation Centers, Air freight Service, Freight Forward Trucks, a fleet of 200+ Delivery Vans and 3rd Party Logistics Providers to meet the customers’ orders on/before Schedule in 4 states (BC, BCS, SON and SIN). Coordinate with 7 Warehouse Managers to optimize network operations, present KPI’s, develop contingency plans, improve safety protocols, negotiate pricing for 3PL final mile delivery, budget planning, labor cost analysis, and enhance internal professional growth Collaborate with other departments, e.g., sales team to determine strategical adaptations to broaden our services.

Extract, compile, and analyze large sets of data using custom made modeling technique to obtain the main operational indicators, such as miles/gallon, $ cost labor/mile, $ sales/gallon, $ sales/mile, cost of fuel as % of sales, etc. for the 7 nationwide freight forward companies.
