Summary

Engineer with 17+ years of experience in IT industry, available to share knowledge, automate manual activities to reduce time/human errors and looking for more experience in Cloud and AI. Currently working on Amdocs for 10+ years where I used different tools like Git, P4, Ant, Maven, Nexus, Octopus, Jenkins, WebLogic, Apache, IIS, AppDynamics, Kubernetes, Azure, OCI, Cloudera Kafka, Cursor, etc. Another 2.5 years of experience as Consultant QAPM for Morgan Stanley, one of the most important Bank Companies across the World which I played for 2 years as Local/Domain Lead of 11 members and finally I have also 3 years and 9 months of experience as Network Operation Engineer while I worked for Alestra in 3 different roles, including CORE Servers following ITIL best practices for services such as VPN, IPSec, ADSL, DialUp, DNS, Email and Web Applications using Siebel and Remedy as tracking / documentation tool.

  • Worked as external/contractor on Hitss between July 2015 – August 2018
  • Worked on 3 different projects (ATT US as Control Configuration engineer; ATT MX as Infrastructure Integration team lead for 3 years and currently as DevOps Integration in the last 2+ years for T-Mobile)
  • Work in synergy with teams like Production Support, Change Management, Developers and team leads to manage major and minor releases activities on time and plan them according the customer goals.
  • Configure, support and troubleshoot software configuration control environments and perform SW products builds on different operating systems and platforms (Windows, Unix, Linux).
  • Running full and partial builds to create SW packages for environments deployment based on Emergency Fixes and Work Request tasks.

  • Interest Rate LATAM team lead since March 2013, where we extend our coverage from 8 hours for 5 days to be 12x7, the team grew from 4 players to be 12 so we support America and Europe hours.
  • Sales and Trading LATAM division lead during 6 months, helping in the onboarding of new associates to Morgan Stanley, introduce them around the division (9 different teams), provide the full information the new joiners may need to start working on the daily basis, serving as the first point of escalation for any delivery issues and resolving them.

  • Played 3 different roles: CORE Servers, Internet Data Service and Web Application Engineer.
  • Provide customers technical support in the migration, configuration and implementation of Alestra DNS and Email products/services.
  • First point of contact for all clients requirement using Siebel / Remedy as tracking / documentation tool, validating correct Order/Task/Ticket/Incident/Problem assigned and provide root cause of the issue.
  • Install patch/fixes to the different services we support.
  • Check and analyze the host servers to be sure they are working in good shape (Disk/CPU/Memory performance).
  • Assist service sales and product managers with estimating, technical questions and consulting about antispam and Microsoft Exchange solutions.
