I did online customer service for customers that had issues with orders like if the order did not arrive on time or the order was just missing. Dealt with general questions about delivery time frames creating case for none delivered orders
or missing items. Helped customers place orders, change shipping information on orders if needed. I also dealt with online chats and emails with customers experience or situations that might of acquired during orders.
Verizon is a well known company that deals with wireless phones and home entertainment and provides internet in certain areas of the country. My participation was customer service / sales i dealt with customers that wanted to make changes to their home entertainment with different plans.
I also did trouble shooting when customer internet was down or if the customer did not have TV entertainment.
In some cases i would assign a Technician to go on the field to help customer to have home entertainment again.
If customer did not have a wireless phone plan i would offer the different plans that were available to have customer be a one with Verizon.
