One call resolution was number the kpi that mattered most, 3 day no call backs from the same account. I was averaging on +3% more than asked on that kpi.

I also had the VPC value per contact KPI on +45% ($23/$16) on my first month in production after graduating training I was 13 out of 400 agents on the stack rank which measures overall KPI performance heavy lean on sales.

Its very small but it works great in the city, goes between any lane when splitting traffic. White little pony showed me how to ride. I bought it and asked the guy who had it how to drive it... bad thing was I fell a block from my house on a 16km trip. but got back up with a smile and a lot more motivation to conquer the new challenge of riding bikes. so I started using it to deliver food so i could make money and practice and it made me a decent city commuter after riding 4000 kilometers since march. Only fell 4 times and never more than a few scrapes. Never lose the motivation and you will eventually stop falling , like I have... for a month now.
