I. Palmerola International Airport Ceiling Project Contract Tender. Comayagua, Honduras (2020-2021). Custom metallic ceilings. 9,000 sq. meters. Design manager in company's technical proffer and engineering crossing. Technical advice during design and execution phases. Conjunction work with EMCO and Flughafen München.

II. Audi Car Plant. Puebla, Mexico. (2016). Custom metal ceiling project and construction of shower and changing areas in painting and bodywork plants. 1,000 sq. meters. Design manager in technical proffer and construction manager.

III. Tocumen International Airport Enlargement´s Ceiling Project Contract Tender, Panama City (2015). Custom metallic ceilings. 3,000 sq. meters. Design manager in company´s technical proffer and engineering crossing. Work along Foster + Partners and Odebrecht Co.

IV. L'Oréal Production Plant Remodeling Contract. Mexico City (2008). Flat metal tray ceiling project and construction. 3,000 sq. meters. Construction supervisor, Safety and Industrial Hygiene Chief.

General Responsibilities and Skills.

• Developed project solutions and technical proffers, always giving professional customer advice along whole project.
• Collaborated with contractors, architects, engineers and customers to complete projects within timeline limitations and budget constraints.
• Oversaw entire construction process, enhancing communication between all construction management to facilitate smooth completion.
• Managed construction schedules and supplies programs to achieve adequate labor coverage for all projects.
• Directed day-to-day operational aspects of project and scope and monitored progress of construction activities.
• Budgeted for various types of construction plans such as hospitals, airports, corporate buildings, industrial plants, etc.

Holiday Inn Hotel Project and Construction. Mexico City (2001-2003). 15,000 sq. meters. General Construction Superintendent for three months. Civil and Finishing Manager. Steel Structure Supervisor.

General Responsibilities and Skills.

• Compiled daily field report, detailing all key activities and outlining project progress for stakeholders.
• Handled scheduling of subcontractors and staff to complete project within required timeframes.
• Conducted walk-throughs with owner prior to project close, completing punchlists and answering all questions.
• Implemented systems to improve process efficiency and reduce project duration.
• Contributed to construction planning process, including structural and design calculation of some independent reinforced concrete and steel structures.

• Collaborated in executive project of Nestlé Production Plant.
• Created CAD models and drawings for architectural designs.
• Used computer-aided design software, including AutoCad to prepare blueprints.
