Was essential in the Spanish negotiations with various ministries and high-level officials to agree on shared goals and objectives to combat child trafficking in Peru. Conducted three scoping/assessment visits to the capital, rural, and difficult to reach communities to provide recommendations for the negotiated agreement.
  • Drafted Venezuelan migration footprint cable, an administration priority issue, which served officials in the Department’s leadership and in the White House as a basis for engagement.
