· Utilizing company ERP system for inventory management and schedule optimization.

· Implementation and management of re-order point system in components and finish goods.

· Tracking of shipments to be received and expediting urgent material.

· Resolution of problems and attention to incidents.

· Teamwork to facilitate the fulfillment of objectives.

· Coordination with different departments (production, warehouse, operations, quality).

· Telephone attention and management of the company's email.

· Control and monitoring of inventory in software.

· Management of computer and technological systems (JDE Edwards, Excel, Word, etc).

· Documentation and file management.

· Maintenance of the database and records.

· Identify critical long-lead items, provide input on BOM construction and support project cost-management initiatives.

· Reducing stock of obsolete and low movement material.

· Evaluating supplier quotes, negotiating prices, maintaining relationships with vendors, and ensuring orders are delivered on time.

· Lead the day-to-day activities related to suppliers forecast and build plan fulfillment monitoring.

· Production scheduling and weekly work plan.
