CFO- Chief Finance Office

• Provided support application related to CFO - Peoplesoft Accounts Payable( Peoplesoft AP) and Peoplesoft General accounting (Peoplesoft GL), ensuring payments to members, vendors are done on time.

• CFO- Portfolio- As a part of CFO-portfolio worked on daily Intraday cycles containing daily Trade data. Worked on intraday day batch and nightly batch by coordinating with Business and vendor support team ensuring seamless flow of files and validation of re compliance trade by Portfolio Managers.

• CFO- Archibus/Maximo - As part of this application ensured that the phyiscal location/allocation of the office premises are updated on daily basis ensuring on support for 3rd party vendors working onsite premises to carry on with their business duty.

• CFO- Corporate security - As part of CFO corporate security worked on IT application support for Nice Vision, CCURE, Situator, Acoustic detection system, (Shooter Detetction System) that are needed for Security personnel to ensure physical security of campus safety across globe.

• CFO- Reconciliation - worked in ensuring CFO- Reconciliation is done to match the data with accuracy for Finance business for files generated from multiple vendors and sources.

Anti Money Laundering (AML)

• AML- Actimize SAR- worked on Actimize application to validate the alert cases generated through suspicious activity report to ensure federal compliance are met.

• Bridger Insight - Worked on ensuring valid screening is done for all banking transactions by processing the XML Files generated are fed into Bridger Insight application and monitored the results for every file ingested through automation.

Human Resources (HR)

• WORKDAY - worked on monitoring Workday Integrations on daily basis. Proceeded exclusively to monitor the payroll integration every Bi-weekly to process employee payroll and validated the payroll monitoring process along with payroll business team and vendors. Modified the integration schedules and parameters based on the business requirements.

• HR-One Day Source(HRODS) - As part of HRODS ensured that employee details are updated everyday in HRODS database through batch jobs connecting in API with workday to have company employee compliance are met, including Employee Benefits, Payroll adhoc for overtime.
