Shih Shao(William) Tsai

My name is William. I am a/an optimistic, hard-working and responsible person. “Where there is a will, there is a
way.” Whenever I meet the problems, I always try my best to deal with them. I believe that each difficulty is the road
to success. If we could make it through, we would get closer to the dream which we are pursuing.

I graduated from Tamkang University, and my major is Spanish languages and cultures. In the third year at the
university, I applied the junior abroad project. I went to Spain for a year to study and expand my vision. Immersing into its domestic life and campus environment is the best way to acquire knowledge of a foreign language and culture. In that period of time, I learned a lot, and met many new friends. It was a wonderful and special experience of my life.

I possess strong communication and crisis management skill. I started to join Hirotai Automotive Trim located at
Leon, Gto. Mexico by December, 2015 as assistant and translator of Engineering dept. After, I got promoted to project management team as project manager since October 2016. I am in charge of project management to control the development of the project, project scheduling, and organize core team. Solving crises and handling tremendous communication works are both inevitable when having events. Therefore I developed strong communication skill during my service in these years, and always managed to solve all problems to reach the target.

I am also in charge of RFQ reception for new projects from the customer, investigate the requirement of the
project, and transfer to internal departments for cost review. After, I will work on making the quote for the project and the products.
