With over fifteen years of international experience in Cancer Research, Medical Virology, Biosafety and Biosecurity, my work profile attests to my innovative, collaborative and flexible talents. Being married to a career diplomat gave me an international environment to develop my career . I successfully adapted to differing global work cultures and proved my worth by fostering Innovative Projects, International Collaborations that went beyond basic assignments. I got an opportunity to work with the World Health Organization on the current critical arena of Dual Use Research of Concern related Global Framework with additional inputs on WHO's Biosafety and Biosecurity Guidance. I have initiated and supported several global medical research initiatives. Experienced leader with strong background in guiding teams, managing complex projects, and achieving strategic objectives.
