• Developed an internal plan in coordination with the global corporate maintenance director team, to restructure the functional business unit maintenance teams. This transformation unified the previously horizontal teams, which were indirect reports, into a vertically aligned team reporting directly to the maintenance management position
• Implemented safety awareness training across full maintenance team, including supervisors & technician employees, resulting in zero accidents in department year on year
• Introduced energy & water saving measures that reduced utility costs by 3% Year on Year and assisted in LEED Gold certification across site
• Responsible for managing equipment maintenance, (preventive, predictive & corrective, MTBF, MTTR) & upkeep of +500 machines in a +215,000 square foot, high volume tier 1 automotive supplier production facility

• Fully integrated unified maintenance team, consisting of 200+ employees, to include equipment maintenance, facilities maintenance, indirect material & spare parts toolcrib, internal machine shop / toolroom & controls department, to provide across site fully incorporated maintenance service
• Successfully managed a $1M facility & offices upgrade project, completed on time and under budget, at BWI Los Pinos site during 2018
• Development & leadership of a new maintenance team consisting of maintenance supervisor, maintenance technicians, tooling repair technicians, security & cleaning personnel, with +20 direct reports in the department
• Exceeded in launch of Maintenance department, to include Capex quotations, purchases and installations for $8,500,000 USD in equipment value, complying with plant production launch dates, from 0 machines to +200 machines installed, operational & maintained in fewer than 12 months
• Implementation & set up of facilities & buildings maintenance program, Bigfoot CMMS, to include all plant & building equipment preventative / predictive / corrective maintenance schedules per day, week, month & year etc
• Responsible for planning, quoting implementation of all facilities modifications and maintenance, required for launch of production lines in a non build to suit facility
