Main responsibilities:

• Manage multiple complex clients´briefs fulfilling their needs by working, developing and submitting highly competitive fragrances according to the market demands (MeCeCa).
• Develop olfactory strategies with perfumers to improve the local and regional fragrance library.
• Develop olfactory strategies according to the clients and market category.
• Analyze and translate consumers data into olfactory guidelines for perfumers.
• Collaborate in the creation of mappings as needed by the commercial and creative departments.
• Liaise with other regional creative centres to complete project assignments.
• Provide professional olfactive and technical training to the internal team and clients.

Main responsibilities:

• Execute clients´brief developing or selecting fragrances according to the given guidelines.
• Explore and enrich mainly the Fabric softener and APC categories by analyzing consumers preferences in Colombia, Perú and Ecuador.
• Participate in olfactory analysis of new products to identify trends and outstanding notes which could be used as inspiration.

Main responsibilities

• Select and evaluate fragrances according to briefing info.
• Resolve customer requests in coordination with perfumers team to select or create new winning fragrances.
• Provide technical support during customer visits as per guidelines.
• Study and understand the olfactory profiles of the corresponding geographical area (Andean Pact, Mexico, England) in personal care, home care, air care and fine fragrance products, in order to submit the most suitable ones for both the project and client.
• Provide olfactory training to the internal team and clients.

Main responsibilities:

• Issuance of technical documentation (COAS, Specifications)
• Analyze raw materials and packaging materials upon arrival at the plant.
• Register and update specifications, release tests, formulation comments in the system.
• Attention to internal and external clients
• Audit attention
• Support Production Management in troubleshooting plant quality execution deficiencies, working with technical resources (Technical Services, Quality Control, R&D and Product Development) and plant management resources to identify root cause and eliminate recurring quality problems.
• Support Quality Assurance with customer complaints from initial information gathering, through the investigation, to providing resolution to both internal and external customers.
• Make objective decisions concerning the approval of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
• Provide timely analytical support to the alternate raw material supplier process.

• Accurately weigh and measure raw materials according to the formula, ensuring lot number and quantity accuracy through barcode scanning.

• Report any anomalies detected during the fragrance weighing process.
• Maintain the record of oil weighing in the internal laboratory system.
• Maintain clear, agile and open communication with perfumers, evaluators and sales team.
• Safely handle materials including wet, dry, viscous, flammable, hot and hazardous substances.
• Provide backup support to team members as needed.
