- Moved onsite to Mexico as a Lead L2 Trade Support Analyst for Rates Derivatives & Fixed Income providing real-time support to trading desks, sales team, trading admin and other users, working closely with front office, back office and app support.
- Led a team of 5 people onsite and trained them on critical trade booking systems, working with tools such as Elastics, Kibana, AppDynamics, ITRS Geneos, WebSphere MQ, JIRA, SQL and Unix.
- Currently, working as a L2 Salesforce admin, managing Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud. My responsibilities include User and Security Management, System Configuration, Data Management, Automation, Reporting and Analytics, Maintenance and Support, Sandbox management, JMLs, AppOmni and assisting L3 with production deployments.
