• International experience working in six cities across four countries.
• I've served as Finance Director at prominent properties in both the Riviera Maya and Baja California Sur regions, harnessing financial acumen to drive operational excellence and profitability.
• Led the strategic repositioning of Hilton Los Cabos following a significant capital investment, orchestrating a seamless transition that propelled the property into the prestigious luxury market.
• I've overseen the management of over 23 hotels, 32 legal entities, and 15 ownership groups, spanning both Mexican and American territories.
• I've honed my expertise amidst diverse hospitality landscapes, such as Hilton and Hyatt corporations.

The hotel is owned by the Arta Capital ownership group.
Property with 314 available rooms, 13 meeting spaces, a ballroom and 4 different outlets, with over $30 million USD in revenue and a 40% GOP.
Reporting directly to the regional director of Finance for Central America and the Caribbean. I had 20 hotels under my administration but due to owners strategies have
increased to over 30 legal entities. Leading the strategy initiative of updating Hilton accounting system and managing the implementation of new government requirements.
Responsible for the annual operational plan for all centralized entities in Mexico. In addition to the above, leading and controlling the monthly forecast for these properties
including the distribution and presentation of reports to owners and the Mexican government.
My responsibilities were:
- Implementing new strategies at the hotels, in order to be in compliance with Mexican
legislation.
- Being currently up to date with the needs of government, regarding electronic
accounting.
- Fully involved in the opening of 4 hotels in a year.
- Leading 20 employees at Shared Services Office.
Reporting to the General Manager at the hotel. I was responsible for the monthly creation of financial forecasts, annual operating plan, target flow, internal and external indicators, internal and external audits. Monthly reports until the financial presentation to owners, leading 12 people and working with more than 15 head of departments.
Reporting to the Director of Finance, controlling 4 different areas, accounts payable, treasury, payroll and taxes. Consolidated accounting information for different
hotels, charged of validation of more than 300 balance sheet accounts. responsible for monthly countable closing and supported the Treasury Department in the process of
payments. Analyzed results of the different hotels and implemented the policies and procedures of the company.
My responsibilities were:
- Implementation of the electronic reconciliation bank files for all legal entities. -
Standardization of the accounts payable and Treasury departments.
- Weekly reconciliation of 60 bank accounts.
