  • Severe Lisfranc grade 3 fracture with 80% rupture of joint, broken metatarsals, cuneiform, cuboid, ankle, torn ligaments, ... 4 surgeries, several months in a wheelchair and complete immobility followed by more than a year of physiotherapy to rebuild the muscles and nerves in my foot, ankle and leg.
  • Against the odds and I was able to rebuild my mobility to a level where I can walk, bike, run, and even skateboard a bit again. This period was the hardest job I had in my career and certainly developed me into a stronger, resilient person with a clearer look on life.
