Managed a $38 million dollar. 6 level, 100+ Year old Brick and Timber Office & Retail building in Yaletown Vancouver.

I Managed structural beam replacements, worked with Structural Engineers, Most tenants and move out , move complete renovations, I supervised many renovation and construction projects. Had to supervise to prevent contractors from altering any structural brick doorways or timber beams without structural engineer approval. I found a way stop self leveling cement from leaking into floors below. Attended after hours emergencies including leaking roof and restoration company. Do Small plumbing repairs and change light bulbs, powerwashing myself.

Supervise Night Janitor, Stay late if he needs guidance in Spanish. Coordinate with Police and court for a drunk that broke the glass doors. Repairs all damage quickly with emergency glass repair and made the drunk the pay the $2000 bill in exchange to reduce the criminal charge to probation.
