Responsible for the entire Customer Experience portfolio for the Multi-Industry accounts such as Consumer Products, Retail, Wholesale, Life Science, Insurance, Banking and Manufacturing, Special focus on sales and position SAP Commerce Cloud, Customer Data Platform, Digital Marketing, D2C Digital Engagement, Sales Automation (CRM), Service Cloud and Experience Management.
Responsible to growth cloud ERP offerings such as S/4HANA Cloud Single Tenant Edition and S/4HANA Public Cloud through current ERP conversion or new implementations for the Consumer Industries and Key Accounts. Also, responsible to growth the SAP private cloud SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud (HEC) business offering with Hyperscalers such as AWS, MS Azure and GCP for SAP Landscapes.
Responsible to manage the new logo sales quota for Named Account from Retail & CPG Sector and White-Space Accounts for the traditional ICT portfolio.
