Capacity Line Project
This project was carried out by using lean tools such as yamazumi and standardized work. Operations were measured and a target cycle time was established. Thus, the creation of standard work cards and staff training made it possible to reduce operating cycle times and thus increase the capacity of the line from 5 pumps per hour to 8 pumps per hour.

Productivity project to reduce the workforce of a production line from 6 people to 5 people, considering one team for each shift, resulting in a reduction of 3 people, giving savings of more than 30K USD. This through cycle time measurements and layout improvement for Muda reduction.
