Graduated from the University as a Mechatronic Engineer, with the Technical faculties for the execution of Tests, in addition of beign part of Specialists within the same Testers Group, as well as part of the Purchasing area for negotiation and agreements with the suppliers of car parts and raw material. I am an Engineer who has developed both technical, administrative and commercial skills with aspirations to know the different areas within an industry.
I negotiated with the car parts of Headliner and Sunvisors suppliers for the differents car models of the brand on commercial issues from changes to piece prices to communication channels in Modification Requests. I opened this year's Global Sourcing, analyzed risk management and determined how to concentrate the work focus with suppliers for tier 2 Parts.
I organized an action plan between VWGSM Specialists ando VWM Specialists, where the activities were requested weekly, in order to confirm the TAR (Tasks, Activities and Responsibilities) of each Specialist.
I managed a growing action tree for decisions making and the development of the expertise of the specialists.
I performed FMVSS201u (FMH - Free Motion Headform) test in the Safety Test laboratory, as well as the CFR 49 part 581 (Pendulum) Standard Tests.
In both laboratories, I realized the preparation and measuring of the impact zones; before and after testing. I recorded the testings with high frequecncy cameras (video, photography)
I measured with a dimensional identification system the testing vehicles. I preparaed a timeline for the equipment calibrations.
I supervised and documented tests of the different vehicle models for the front and rear bumpers (Pendulum tests), supported the logistics of preparation of test devices and the assembly process, results and destruction of device components.
I worked in the Personnel Transport Automation project: I analyzed and compared to providers in the project proposals, I was involved in the solving questions of the project implementation and I prepared the initial phase of the project implementation.

I realized CNC cutting in Postgraduates projects, as well as specimens for physical anlysis of materials. I supported in the cutting devices designs for the "F1 in Schools in Mexico" Project for local schools.
