Mi trayectoria profesional comenzó en la base como Operador, lo que me permitió entender la operatividad desde cero y me formó en el trabajo en equipo, hasta avanzar a Técnico de Línea, donde mi enfoque fue asegurar la continuidad de producción y reducir los tiempos muertos de la maquinaria. Actualmente, como estudiante de Ingeniería Industrial, llevo esta capacidad de análisis a nuevos sectores. Desarrollo un proyecto de reingeniería en el giro restaurantero enfocado en mejorar el servicio al cliente, optimizar los tiempos de entrega, rediseñar la distribución de planta (Layout) y garantizar el cumplimiento de las NOM de seguridad e higiene.
