I graduated Hotel and Tourism Academy back in 2017 as a certified chef. I have worked at numerous hotels in the front and back of house as an intern and later as an employee and supervisor. I have developed various key skills over the past decade of working in the food and beverage industry and consider management and customer service some of my biggest strengths. On top of this, I have gathered a lot of expertise as a barista, bartender and beer tap specialist over the years.
In recent years, I decided to combine my culinary background with my environmental interests and create a plant-based food blog in which I create and share new recipes. I aim to one day work in a plant-based kitchen with the objective of opening my very own establishment in the future.
After my most recent employment as a food and beverage supervisor in a Relais & Château resort in Canada, I decided to expand my experience and pursue my passion of yoga. For the past several years I have been practicing yoga and meditation, and recently having completed my 200 hour yoga instructing course In Nicaragua, I am now a certified yoga instructor, currently specializing in Vinyasa, Hatha and Pranayama breathing techniques. I am already teaching a number of private clients and wish to expand into teaching public classes at one or more studios in the near future.
