- I spearheaded the launch of a new Contract Manufacturing Division in the Juarez area, offering comprehensive metal fabrication, die casting, powder coating, and CNC machining capabilities for industrial outsourcing and near-shoring
- I successfully oversaw the partial transfer of machining and powder coating facilities from Oklahoma to Juarez, Mexico
- I successfully initiated and secured a contract to manufacture CNC machining parts for one of the largest local automotive companies in Juarez, Mexico
- I maintained an exemplary safety record with zero reportable accidents under my leadership
- Unfortunately, due to insufficient business and the separation of one of the partners, the company decided to close the project in December of 2024
