Established quarterly meetings among the site's maintenance engineer, reliability engineer, and Flowserve sales engineer, focusing on the bad actor pumps and providing recommendations for equipment improvement, replacement, or repair.

Successfully launched the Seal Standardization Project, converting component seals into complete cartridges to prevent installation errors and lower inventory stock levels.

Improved Flowserve visibility at the customer's site by providing technical support in seal failure analysis reports and weekly field walkthrough.
