Focused on the planning, installing, and commissioning the necessary infrastructure for telecommunications networks in the Mexico City metro. Working with Huawei, I was part of the team responsible for installing the telecommunications infrastructure in the Mexico City metro system. During this project, I ensured the implementation of advanced technology and maintained the operability of the system, minimizing any negative impact on the users.

Remodeling of Torre Mayor in Mexico City: In this key project, I was responsible for supervising the structural review and the implementation of energy efficiency strategies. Additionally, I coordinated the installation of a closed circuit with CCTV cameras, ensuring the integration of state-of-the-art security technology in the building. I used tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, BIM software, and SAP2000 for the development of mathematical models.

As a Structural Analyst at Grupo INK, my role was essential in evaluating and analyzing the structural stability of various buildings. I used SAP2000 to develop precise mathematical models that simulate structural behavior under various conditions, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations at all times.

As Project Delivery Manager at CAID, I was responsible for leading the full lifecycle of projects, from planning to final delivery. My responsibilities included:

• Client Collaboration: I worked closely with clients to define project objectives and ensure they were aligned with their expectations.
• Project Planning: I supervised all aspects of the project, including resource allocation, time management, and final delivery.
• Issue Identification and Resolution: I proactively identified potential problems and implemented effective solutions to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Accountability to Clients and Third Parties: I acted as the main point of contact, ensuring transparency and compliance at every stage of the project.

As an Assistant Site Manager, I played a key role in the management and supervision of construction projects, supporting the lead site manager with the following activities.

• Project Supervision Assistance: I assisted the site manager in the daily supervision of the project, monitoring on-site activities to ensure adherence to plans, specifications, and established procedures.
• Work Coordination: I supported communication between different work teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure that all aspects of the project were properly coordinated and completed according to schedule.
• Quality Control: I participated in quality control by verifying that materials and workmanship met the project's standards and specifications.
• Documentation Management: I was responsible for managing and maintaining project documentation, including progress reports, inspection logs, and incident reports.
• Safety Monitoring: I ensured that safety regulations were followed on-site, supervising personnel adherence to safety practices and reporting any risks.
• Inventory Control: I helped manage and control the inventory of materials and equipment on the construction site, verifying the receipt and proper storage of materials.
• Progress Reporting: I assisted in the preparation of periodic reports on project progress, including any deviations from the original plan and corrective actions taken.
• Problem Solving: I participated in identifying and resolving issues that arose during the execution of the project, collaborating with the team to find effective solutions.
