Support, develop, configure and implement changes of ERP systems and other applications that support Finance and Accounting business processes.

• Work with business stakeholders to understand business processes and elicit, define, and analyze business requirements.

• General ledger related to Retail, Lease, and its related cash transactions.

• In charge of the middle and annual inventory between the Controlling Team Leader plus Logistics Supervisor. Responsible to ensure the correct settings of items, final counts and get the final adjustment in the system.

Provide support to the financial area in the implementation, administration of SAP system.

• Development of process maps for all finance and controlling team in the Company (invoicing, expenses, fixed assets, taxes, payments, import/export, internal orders, etc), reviewing the current ("AS IS") and defining the future process ("TO BE").
• Makes observations about possible improvements to all them, having meetings with the Financial and Controlling Manager to expose the different stages to enhance, of this way I can obtain their approval to include it in the blueprints.
• Development of Invoice Electronic Process since the creation of the TXT file, the schedule of the jobs to get this file in SAP, reviewing with SAP HQ Team the creation of share drives to archive the different files, get the confirmation with PAC Vendor to obtain TAX Authority Certification and posted the final JE for the invoices. All this in three environments (Dev-Test-Production). Completing UAT with the involved areas (Production-AR-PAC Vendor).
• Migration of Human Resources modules (NOMINPAQ) to SAP HCM. I was incorporated to this project in the last stages: to review chart of accounts, infotypes, review with the KEY USER the different calculations to avoid any variance, settings of work shifts, employee categories, to review with ABAP the transports and settings.

• Support as administrator of the SAP system and ARM (system reconciliations of GM) to more than 3,000 users in the 5 continents
• Creation of accounting accounts and other accounting elements such as internal orders, profit centers, cost centers; preparation and registration of monthly property tax as well as payroll and retirement fund provisions; coordination of monthly / annual closing; trial balance submission owner, validation of Ledger Balances against the Consolidated States; reconciliation of balance accounts; process of liquidation of internal orders; revaluation process; compliance with SOX controls, attention and monitoring of external author.
• Key user of the Global Reconciliation System Migration Project
• Part of Global Reconciliation System Migration Team during April 2016 to November 2016 at Detroit City, Michigan.
