  • Manage several International accounts which includes placing orders, providing product ETA's, tracking information. I Create Service Issues for Debits, Credits, Returns.
  • I work with MRP controllers for product information, availability, product movements.
  • I communicate with customers through email, inbound phone calls, Zoom or Teams meetings.

  • Work with Cardinal Health Sales Representatives, Field Service Representatives, Inventory and other internal departments to resolve customer issues.

  • Had several International customers such as France, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Brazil. Built weekly Ocean and Air shipments. Procured their orders and created Delivery Notes, created Manifests and worked with WH to arrange shipments.
  • Delivered exceptional customer service by leveraging knowledge of products and services. Examples include working with planning Teams. DMG and WH personnel in order to meet deadlines, provide product ETA's and fulfill orders.
  • Worked with Sales Reps by arranging Sample shipments to many Hospitals so that they could Sample CAH products.
