At this Mining and Corporate law firm, regarding to the Mining law department, I am in charge of the preparation and presentation before the General Directorate of Mines of the mining concession applications and the concession's related matters, as well as the incorporation of Societies into the General Directorate of Mines and the filing of appeals for Review and Administrative claims. In addition, on the corporate side, I am in charge of the General Shareholders' Meetings, issuing share certificates, drafting contracts and following up on the updating of the corporate books of the companies in our charge, as well as matters related to the National Registry of Foreign Investments to keep the companies in compliance with their legal obligations in these matters, I researched statutes and laws to support compliance and legal risk management and Completed research and established requirements to draft contract process documentation.

For both departments I am in charge of the management before public notaries and I keep the control of the law firm's database.

• .At this Intellectual Property law firm I was in charge of the legal research, drafting of legal briefs, trademark registration petitions and everything related to the Industrial Property, as well as registration applications in Copyright matters and the follow-up of administrative and amparo trials. I was also in charge of preparing reports which were updated weekly and the capture of informartion related to the legal matters into a data basis.
