  In case of stock shortages, initiate requests for replacement parts from China to ensure uninterrupted service and maintain inventory levels.
• Monitor On-Time Service Delivery:
  Track and ensure timely service delivery by making sure that all required components are readily accessible for technicians and service teams.
• Ensure Proper Placement of Installed Components:
  Monitor and ensure that all components in the client base are correctly placed in their designated locations to optimize service delivery.
