7As Team Lead, HR Digital Solutions & Reporting Services, I'm responsible for executing and assisting the Manager in coordinating area’s responsibilities such as reporting, system configuration and maintenance, release management, system security, and audits for Human Resources applications and platforms. Resolve escalated cases, system inquiries, or issues from customer service rep / functional specialists.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Assume leadership role in team as Sr. Analyst/Team Lead, supporting Manager with team training/skills development, and presentations to different levels of company regarding KPIs, adoption of systems, various metrics and other necessary topics
  • Support HR technology portfolio (Workday, ServiceNow, ADP, Kronos/UKG), including system configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance, and release management of existing applications and new projects
  • Design and program reports, and conduct analysis to monitor key metrics and drive adoption
  • Create and maintain operational dashboards for metrics/KPIs analysis, control, monitoring.
  • Assist users with Workday reporting inquiries and requests.
  • Identify trends from users’ requests/issues in order to ensure knowledge transfer and implementation of improvement/automatization actions from external research
  • Grant security access to HR systems and tools following security protocols
  • Support new HR technology implementations
  • Support testing efforts related to HR technology
  • Conduct data audits to ensure data quality and compliance with corporate data administration, security standards, HR policies, and procedures
  • Resolve escalated inquiries from Customer Service Rep. & Functional Specialists regarding system inquiries or issues
  • Audit management and monitoring that all documents are archived
  • Participation in project implementations leading Testing stage, creating Test Scripts and also being aware of HR Systems area
  • Coordination of Workday and Service Now Analyst teams monitoring tickets received and being careful not to exceed SLA limit.
  • My team attended more than 7,600 cases globally. Is 15% of total of tickets that are received internally in our Company.
