With more than twenty years collaborating in programs and projects related to agro/biodiversity, landscape restoration, public policies, human rights and advocacy from Costa Rican to regional to international networks, I bring a strong commitment to social and environmental justice with agroecology at the intersection of a new food systems paradigm. My experience with participatory research approaches, communication and networking will greatly support this role.

I enjoy life outdoors and experiencing nature's touch. I also like to learn about geography, history, music and technologies/devices that can improve everyday life.
During a 2-year solo bicycle expedition throughout South America between 2015 and 2016 I wrote a travel log, which I'm in the process of turning into an e-book in the not-so-distant future.
