With 18 years of experience managing P&L in the service sector and an additional 15 years in digital technology, I am a seasoned leader who believes in the power of collaboration and technology to drive customer satisfaction and sales growth. I hold an MBA from Business School Sao Paulo and the University of Toronto, along with degrees in Business Administration from Fundacao Santo Andre and Computer Science from Mackenzie University. During my time in digital technology, I worked internationally in Connecticut, USA, overseeing the global digital infrastructure for Otis Elevators Co., a leading company in the elevators and escalators industry with a presence in over 200 countries. In my most recent role, I successfully managed the P&L of Otis Mexico & Central America, a $100 million business with 800 employees across 7 countries. During this period, we achieved double-digit growth in new unit orders while maintaining low single-digit increases in expenses and overhead. These results propelled the company from third place to first place in our segment market share.
