(EMS/NMS) and ticketing system. Project Manager for Telmex in Monterrey account and focused to follow up the installation quality polices requested by Huawei and Telmex for IPDSLAM, GPON and TX Optical network management. Have worked on access networks such GPON and IPDSLAM, using specific tools to monitor system like the U2000 the network quality called Health Check and obtain network statistics which after analyze them can determine probable critic points and get the recommendations to proceed with a corrective or preventive action plans with customer. Project Manager for Telmex in Mexico DF, have being involved with the new projects installations follow up in regards with the Handover, on GPON, IPDSLAM, DWDM and CWDM which means the documentation reports and engineering proposal. Which start from Technical Sales with the Checklist documents and transferred to the Delivery area for installation, and after this process they should deliver the ATP's and integrate them together with OTP's and other measurement and testing documentation, which should meet the quality agreement polices between customer and Huawei. Also focused to the international quality installation standards such ITU, UL etc. Support working at Telmex Lab, where the equipment is homologated before to place in the Telmex network. Resolving escalated problems related with IPDSLAM, GPON and supporting a new product Power Unit Rectifier to get it approved and homologated by Telmex. Support the Huawei TAC in U2000 and M2000 tools to monitor the transport (optical) networks. Core Network support working with SS7.

During WorldCom period, we initiated the GE network implementation with Newbridge equipment and Cisco routers, in addition with another technologies for different customers 2 like Marathon from Maicom and NET multiplexers. Then I become to be the Sr Manager for Mexico handling 3 engineers. In 2000 WorldCom asked me to move and open the POP in Monterrey, NL and be the North Country as a Manager. Then in 2008 when initiated Verizon operations, we installed a node in Monterrey, and we were responsible to install a GPOP (Global Point of Presence) site and certify equipment and put in operations and gain customers. Was a great work team with 3 engineers Then we were responsible for customer CPE installations, coordinate local loops implementation with different carriers and do the DAX cross connect in our GPOP. With Nortel OME6500. And other equipment installed and maintained on the GPOP was the Juniper MX960, Tellabs 5500, Cisco 12000 GSR. Frame Relay, Packet Switch and MPLS circuit applications and installations. I had the opportunity to be part of the MCI/Banamex join committee to develop the Mexican Carrier AVANTEL. Handle different projects with Bank of America office in Mexico and Monterrey NL, with the new site installations and facilities, testing applications. With JPMorgan did some migrations, and circuit installations for their Tower Auction Floor.
