- For Robert Bosch Toluca (RBT), I composed process and methodologies to implement the PISS for indoor warehouses
- Conducted research that verified my team and I that very few and almost no people in the world were utilizing drones or UAVs for this purpose
- Giving us the advantage to innovate and personalize the PISS for the needs of the industry
- Managed to create a solution that in the first trials we maximized the number of units surveyed from 200 in a 4-5 hour work window (RBT) team, to 500 up to 600 units surveyed in a 4-5 hour work window
- Optimizing processes and methodologies, my team and I were able to improve the number of units surveyed, up to 900 units in average
- Notifying the losses of time and execution, as I escalated these issues to executive board and directors
- My team and I had reached a maximal number of 1,200 units surveyed in the optimal conditions.
