Professional with a solid and successful career in big Multinational Companies in different position inside Supply Chain. Today I´m working at Philip Morris International as Open+ Manager (Continuous improvement Sr Manager) for the bigger LA affiliate. During professional career in manufactory, I led my organizations into Capability Journey (IWS, TPM, WCM, 6 Sigma) thought different phases, since earlier organization preparation until Phase 4 sites. Beside Philip Morris, I also worked in this area in Mondelez and Procter & Gamble.
At P&G I build my technical and managerial as a role model for a servant leader, agility, commitment and stronger technical mastery and consolidate my learning being in the floor and executing together. My knowledge about TPM pillars is granted by my person experience, coaching sessions and challenges during our loss elimination journey. I also led AM, PM, FI, SN, E&T and SP Pillar as a site owner in different moments, I had a opportunity to lead AM Pillar Global for Mondelez during AM step 6 preparation for Pilot Sites.
My mains professional objectives are:
1- Transform the organization to always deliver their CBN (Compelling Business need)
2- Develop and engage everyone to do their best and also have fun.
3- Make today better than yesterday and tomorrow even better than today.
