    During the time that I have acted as Deputy Legal Director,

    we have managed to transform the legal instruments that celebrate the company, minimizing risks in all matters in which

    we perform, we have also managed to devise new types of contracts that have allowed the development of the company's business ideas company, which although it is a public limited company variable, has a duality as a regular company and a government owned company as it is a company with majority state participation, so our actions is always questioned and audited, however at the moment we have managed to maintain a state of zero observations, this thanks to the correct and normative development of the activities carried out.
