• Manage the Top Drives major maintenances on the Workshop.

Planning Top drives maintenance schedules, optimizing equipment utilization, and ensuring adherence to standard maintenance procedures.

Checks on the status of repairs, maintenance, and projects to ensure they are being completed on schedule and within budget.

Guide and direct maintenance technical staff.

Perform a preventative maintenance schedule for all top drive equipment and ensuring that all preventative maintenance activities are performed on schedule with minimal interruption of production.
