Responsible for the technical integrity of the HPR server under the META (Maxwell) project, managing engineering changes, product structures (BOMs), and cross-functional coordination to ensure accurate and timely implementation on the production floor.
Key responsibilities:

• Administration of BOMs and ECO/ECR changes in Agile, synchronized with SAP and configured in SFC.
• Validation of technical information received from the Taiwan lab and identification of discrepancies prior to release.
• Coordination with ME, Quality, and Manufacturing to execute rework actions and approve changes on time.
• Support during the PVT2 phase of the project and participation in weekly engineering change meetings.
• Improvement of traceability and technical documentation, also supporting the Export team with part descriptions.
  

Activities:

• Supervise plastic mold production, ensuring compliance with quality standards and on-time delivery.
• Manage quotation and allocation of multiple manufacturing jobs, optimizing resource distribution to maximize profitability.
• Develop and implement data-driven reports to improve project visibility and support decision-making.
• Perform preventive maintenance to optimize mold performance and extend tool life.
• Diagnose and resolve production issues, implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Carry out high-precision micro-welding to support completion of complex technical projects.

Activities:

• Led the development and presentation of key findings and design updates, driving progress in the exoskeleton design project.
• Applied theoretical knowledge to design and prototype a functional exoskeleton for people with disabilities.
• Collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to align team goals with overall project objectives.
• Designed and modeled the exoskeleton using 3D printing technology and accessible materials.
• Oversaw the prototyping and testing stages, ensuring the successful creation of a functional exoskeleton prototype.
