* Ensure the correct receipt of customer requirements through EDI
* Track and Trace customer orders to ensure delivery of products by following the 862 releases

* Responsible for changing, canceling, adding direct routes on Ford’s system

* Review and respond the tickets on the eDDL on a daily basis and ensure that is within the window time frame
* Daily and effective communication with the El Paso and Juarez warehouse teams
* Review each shipment to the customer, to ensure that deliveries are completed along with all the necessary documents, validating the correct sending of the ASN of each shipment.
* Forecast weekly review, highlighting any significant changes so it’s easy to determine if we’ll have any impact to the Customer in the near future.
* Communicate to customers the shipping dates even outside the LT if is an increase
* Track order activity and alert appropriate internal personnel of any potential delivery issues.
* Keep daily communication and coordination of shipments with customers and or their carriers,
* Address customer problems and solve them promptly and efficiently.

* Able to interact with a customer and instantly understand the context of their problem.
* Responsible to escalate the issue to the appropriate internal team when it is necessary and follow up regularly for updates on progress.
* Keep the score with FORD on a great shape (minimum 90 pts or above)
* Responsible of filling out the DDP, Tiger Shark, Ascent report to be able to review with the Ford Team when required.
