Initially, I started as a phone agent, scheduling appointments for Clinica Medica Familiar del Dr. Rios.

After I was moved to the Reminders department, I assisted by calling out to patients and providing them with messages from the providers that they have for them.

I am now in the Outbound 'back office' team. I assist the agents on the floor by sending out medication, lab orders that were not received, looking for appointments, and answering questions that the other agents might have. I still work on the Reminders, case management, and hospital follow-ups.

I also work Wix. It's the website where current patients or new patients can send messages and request to schedule appointments. I call them to follow up to their request.
