- Customer service to NYL customers under the AARP program; helping them with: - payments/payment clarification - coverage review - updates/changes on their policies - review of their coverage - issues with NYL web page - questions on products offered, or in any case, get them to the department that can further assist them
- Handling of all call types done through this campaign: Spanish calls, outbound and inbound calls, welcome calls, web help calls and all within the metrics established by NYL and TCS while providing the best customer service possible.
