• Led engineering change management (ECNs/ECRs), including feasibility assessments, cost and timing evaluations, impact studies, approval flow, and implementation in compliance with Bosch PEP standards and PMI methodologies.
• Maintained full project governance through structured risk management, milestone tracking, documentation control, and cross-functional coordination.
