  • Re-localization parts of twenty injection molds due end of contract with supplier, with 8 months of lead time. Challenge target was to reduce or maintain current piece price to avoid impact to final customer.
  • Re-localization of two injection molds due to end of business and closure of our supplier´s plant, notification was with only three months of notification. Challenge objective was that was current mass production with final customer, was necessary negotiating to build safety stock bank and avoid any shortage to our final customer.
  • Sourced new vendors in effort to boost range of products offered in store locations while reducing costs through strategic contract negotiations to important new project for customers such as: BMW, Tesla, Lucid, Mercedes.
